Tie Guan Yin (also known as 'Ti Kuan Yin' or 'Tie Kuan Yin'), the most famous oolong tea from China. This beautiful emerald tea is named after the Chinese Goddess of Mercy, Guan Yin. Poets of the Middle Kingdom have described this premium tea for its purifying taste, bringing you into a peaceful, meditative state of mind. When you take a sip of this tea, you'll notice that the tea liquor drinks very smoothly, and it will not leave a dry taste in the back of the mouth like mediocre oolong teas. 
The polyphenol compound found in Tie Guan Yin and Other Oolong teas is very effective in controlling the fat metabolism of the body. It activates certain enzymes and thus enhances the functions of the fat cells in human body. Daily consumption of oolong tea can reduce risk of obesity or support you in loosing weight.
